    • ]]>     We’ve all seen Bill O’Reilly taking a piss at the beautiful city of Amsterdam on Fox News’ The O’Reilly Factor. And we’ve all seen Amsterdam’s response to that. You’d say Bill’d be out of words. But no! Bill strikes back, with a vengeance! Even his blonde-haired sidekicks are wondering if their statements and facts about Amsterdam weren’t a bit, ehm, unsubstantiated? Anyhow, Foxy Bill got his ass kicked, and still he didn’t know when to stop. That’s where Jon Stewart comes in.


    And let us reflect on the “disaster” and “naivety” of the city of Amsterdam by watching these numbers some Amsterdamned guy pulled out of his somewhat scientifically powered hat:

    Enter Comedy Central’s The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart. Because Jon Stewart usually knows how to “fix things”, even when things don’t need fixing. We all know what he did to CNN’s Crossfire, so let’s see how Bill O’Reilly got off, sometime in 2006:

    Needless to say Bill O’Reilly is talking shit, since that’s the only way he knows how to deal with things out of his control. Even Snoop Dogg hates the guy. Well, you dont want to be on Snoop Dogg’s shitlist, do you:

    Still think Amsterdam’s a cesspool of filth and crime? My answer to that would be: Stay away from me! From the Netherlands! From Amsterdam! This country’s gonna kill you! The mills are gonna take your fucking right winged heads off! Stay where you are in Fox News lovin’, gun totin’, marry-your-cousin-approvin’ redneck United Stats of America! If this doesn’t apply to you, hey! welcome! There’s loads of drugs around to keep you and your family happy!

    • ]]>     Het zal de geschiedenisboeken ingaan als de spannendste presidentsverkiezingen in de Verenigde Staten tot nu toe. Na de knetterharde politieke strijd tussen John McCain en Barack Obama hebben we een winnaar. Niet verrassend, toch opmerkelijk.

    Gelukkig heeft The Daily Show met Jon Stewart nooit versaagd en werden we getrakteerd op fraaie televisie. In de uitzending op maandag, vlak vóór de verkiezingen dus, doet Jon Stewart op een geniale manier een relativerende gouverneur en Action Hero Arnold Schwarzenegger:
